For Coworking Spaces

Expert DSE Compliance, Sensory Wellbeing Audits

& Workshops for Coworking Communities

Tailored for coworking spaces and flexible workspace operators

Discover a wellbeing amenity that does more than fill space on your member benefits list.

As a Certified DSE Assessor, interior designer, and health coach, I take a 360-degree approach to

optimising the shared spaces your members use every day.

By fine-tuning your hot-desking zones, meeting rooms, and communal areas, I help you unlock lasting benefits:

  • Documented duty of care: Meet your responsibilities to members with a formal, on-record compliance log.

  • A focus-ready environment: Calibrate light, sound, and air quality so members can actually concentrate, not just relax.

  • Stronger member retention: Give members a tangible reason to renew.

  • A genuine competitive edge: Offer a wellbeing amenity other coworking spaces don't, one members notice and talk about.

The result?

A workspace that genuinely supports focus and wellbeing, not just one that looks good in a listing, giving members a genuine reason to renew year-on-year.

FAQs

Do coworking spaces have a legal duty of care around DSE for members?

1

It depends on the relationship: if your space directly employs staff who use display screen equipment, DSE Regulations 1992 apply to them in the same way as any employer.

For members themselves, the picture is less clear-cut, which is exactly why forward-thinking operators offer DSE support anyway: it's a genuine gap most coworking spaces leave unaddressed, and filling it signals real duty of care even where it isn't strictly mandated.

Very little. The Ergonomic Drop-In Clinic is designed as a pop-up: members book a short slot and carry on working around it, with no impact on anyone who doesn't want to take part.

The Sensory Audit happens as a quiet on-site walk-through, and the Community Wellbeing Masterclass is a scheduled, ticketed session members opt into. Nothing requires closing zones or pausing normal activity.

How much disruption does a clinic or audit cause to a working day?

2

What documentation do we receive afterwards?

3

Every visit leaves you with something concrete: an Employer Master DSE Compliance Log from the Align clinic, a Digital Sensory Blueprint Report from the audit, and a Community Habit Guide members can keep from the Masterclass.

These aren't just souvenirs: they're your on-record evidence of duty of care, and a tangible amenity you can point to when marketing membership.

Most operators start with a one-off visit to test member response, then move to a recurring cadence (quarterly is common) once they see the retention impact. There's no subscription lock-in; you can rebook as often as suits your community.

Can we book this as a one-off, or is it something we'd repeat regularly?

4

Do your prices scale with the size of our space or membership base?

5

Yes. The Align and Refine packages are priced by capacity (number of members assessed or attending), and the Design audit is priced by square footage, with a quote provided for spaces beyond 5,000 sq ft.

If your space is significantly larger or smaller than our standard tiers, get in touch and we'll provide you with a bespoke quote.
