The story behind

Meet Christine

Twenty years ago, my eldest daughter was born with severe disabilities - Down Syndrome, cortical visual impairment, and profound developmental challenges. My younger daughter struggled with high anxiety. As our family navigated this reality, I learned something crucial: wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all, and our environment profoundly impacts how we function.

I became an expert in adaptation - creating spaces that truly worked for my family's unique needs, understanding that small environmental changes could transform daily life. I learned to listen deeply, observe carefully, and never assume I knew what someone else needed.

This experience shaped everything. I trained as an interior designer and health coach, drawing on my background in teaching and hospitality, because I wanted to help others create spaces that support their real wellbeing - not an idealized version, but sustainable wellbeing that fits real life.

Now, based in south Devon and serving home workers across the UK and further afield, I help people who are struggling with workspaces that don't serve them. I combine interior design with health coaching because transformation happens from the inside out - it starts with understanding yourself, then creating an environment that allows you to thrive.

Your workspace should work

for you,

not against you.

Let’s make that happen!
