I'm the founder of The Wellbeing at Work Studio — a place born from two decades of lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep, personal belief that where and how you work matters far more than most people realise.
Becoming a mum was the most extraordinary thing I have ever done — and also my most profound education. My eldest daughter was born with severe disabilities; my younger daughter has lived with high levels of anxiety since childhood — and still does at times. Together, we've faced challenges that no parenting book could have prepared me for. And through all of it, I learned one truth that now sits at the heart of everything I do: wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all, and our environment shapes us more deeply than most of us realise.
I had to quickly become an expert in adaptation - creating spaces that truly worked for my family's unique needs, understanding that small environmental changes could transform daily life. I learned to listen deeply, observe carefully, and never assume I knew what someone else needed.
This experience shaped everything. I trained as an interior designer and health coach, drawing on my background in teaching and hospitality, because I wanted to help others create spaces that support their real wellbeing - not an idealized version, but sustainable wellbeing that fits real life.
Now, based in south Devon and serving home workers across the UK and Europe, I help people who are struggling with workspaces that don't serve them.
I know how to design an environment that works, and I know how to support the person sitting inside it. My background is a little unconventional, and I think that's exactly what makes what I do so effective, because transformation happens from the inside out - it starts with understanding yourself, then creating an environment that allows you to thrive.
Your workspace should work
for you,
not against you.
Let’s make that happen!
